On Thursday 26th September five more members of the Communicators Company received their Freedom of the City of London. The Communicators lucky enough to receive their Freedoms were - James Billingham, George Lawley, Uzma Lodhi, Laura McAlpine, and Jon Woodburn They were joined by friends and family, with Senior Warden Jason Groves and Clerk Dr Ian Wingfield in attendance. The Deputy Clerk to the Chamberlain's Office at the Guildhall, Tiphaine Le Bian, welcomed them all with a their certificates, a copy of the book 'Rules for the Conduct of Life' and the words 'I give you Joy'! It is a prerequisite to becoming a Worshipful Company that members must apply for the Freedom of the City in order to become Liverymen of the Company. So please sign up now!
