The Company of Communicators Charitable Trust (registered charity no. 1082142) was established to financially support charitable organisations relevant to communication in particular.

Our Charitable Trust is managed and administered independently of the Company by a Board of Trustees.

​

The Trustees favour charities that support people whose ability to communicate or enjoy the benefits of communication

are impaired. The Trustees provide small bursaries every year and manage the financial assets of the Charitable

Trust in line with Charities Commission requirements.

All of the money raised for the
Trust will be safeguarded to:

  • Support charitable organisations and good causes relevant to communications.

  • Support and maintain the endowment of £300,000 required for the Company to achieve full livery status.

Donations

You can make a real difference to our charitable initiatives by making a donation. Whatever sum you are able to give

will help the Trust support disadvantaged people who would benefit from communications support,

and help the Company achieve full livery status.

Legacies

If you would like to leave a legacy in your will, your solicitor will be able to advise you about the most appropriate

way to do this, taking into account your personal circumstances.

If you have already made a will, the easiest way to leave money to The Company of Communicators Charitable Trust is

by means of a codicil or a letter of wishes.

​

Anything left to charity in your will does not count towards the total taxable value of your estate and

could reduce any Inheritance Tax liability.

​

Writing or amending a will is a very private and personal matter. However, if you would like to discuss this further,
