A new Freeman and Future Freeman were welcomed into the Company yesterday evening at a Court Freedom Ceremony. Jon Woodburn is our first graduate from being a Future Freeman to becoming a full Company Freeman. He holds a First-Class Honours degree in History and Politics from the University of Westminster, and started work as a Policy and Public Affairs Assistant at the Royal Statistical Society most notably leading engagement with HM Treasury on the reporting of the Gender Pay Gap. He then became a Parliamentary Assistant and then in 2022, he joined the Nuclear Industry Association (NIA) as a Public Affairs Executive, where he launched Nuclear Week in Parliament, a series of 23 events. He then moved to the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) where he leads the public affairs output of the corporate affairs team and is responsible for communicating the NDA’s mission.

Chris Noade originally from Northern Ireland, studied English Literature at Durham University became a Future Freeman. Working at Resonance he has three years of experience in B2B technology communications, Chris has assisted companies of all sizes, from pre-series A start-ups to multinational corporations, in enhancing their strategic communications. From cybersecurity and AI to digital consultancies and hardware products, Chris has worked with a range of companies in numerous sectors to bolster their PR programmes and strengthen their voices in the media and beyond.
