Hosted by the Company of Communicators during Mental Health Awareness Week, and in partnership with The Pulse  Business, we would like to invite you to join us at the first of our Business  Insight Series looking at how senior leaders are managing their stress levels  and wellbeing while having to be the ‘face’ of the businesses they run in a  more complicated world. 

  • Joining us on the 13th May 2021 for our webinar will be three insightful  speakers:  • Wendy Zito, Executive Coach with blue chip experience of coaching senior  leaders from companies such as Apple, Skype, eBay, UBER, Cisco, BT and the  United Nations  • Sean Riches, Management Consultant specialising in organisational  effectiveness  • Katie Lee, Founder of Clementine, the mental health app geared to shifting  mindsets around self-belief, specifically targeting women  

We will also be sharing the results of our Pulse survey across c1000  communications leaders which looks at how well (or not) senior leaders are  managing their stress levels right now. The insights also examine what drives  happiness at a senior level and how this affects the way we lead and guide our  teams forward.  Tickets are priced at £45 a head. Wendy Zito is a consultant with more than 20 years experience in learning and development and executive and career coaching. She partners with organizations to meet their business objectives by providing executive and career coaching and team building and management training. Wendy has designed and delivered management and team building programs internationally and has coached CEO’s, CFO’s, vice presidents, directors and managers of many global companies. She has also worked with smaller companies to enhance the effectiveness of their executive teams. She has facilitated executive off sites and coached executives at Adobe, Yahoo!, Apple, eBay, PayPal, Genomic Health, Merck, Service Source, Uber, Sojern, Genentech, Omnicell, United Nations, WHO, ECB, Caterpillar, Uipath and is fluent in French and has lived in 5 countries, trained in 30 and traveled in 50. Her coaching combines a high intercultural awareness and a dynamically adaptive approach to individual needs. She listens deeply, asks relevant questions, provides direct feedback, is results focused and challenges her coaching clients to be more self-aware.

Sean Riches is the founder of Erskine Nash Associates Ltd and has worked in the field of organisational effectiveness since 2007. Working across many industry sectors and locations from the USA across to Singapore and from Russia down to South Africa, typical assignments have aimed to improve the effectiveness of organisations through:

· Improving the effectiveness of the board and other intact teams.

· Implementing organisational change programmes.

· Developing the leadership skills of people at all levels of the organisation.

Before consulting, Sean’s background was in the military and then in international airport operations. He worked across 7 airports in the UK in a wide variety of roles including operational and project management, people capability development and change implementation.

Outside of work he enjoys all forms of outdoor pursuits including skiing, sailing and walking in any area including hills, mountains or moors. He also volunteers at an inner-city school, working with the Royal Marines Youth Team to help teenagers develop their confidence, team working and leadership skills.

Katie Lee is CEO of Clementine app, a mental health app for women. Prior to this she was CEO at Omnicom-owned Lucky Generals having joint following years at content start ups, Sunshine and previous to that she was Gravity Road's first Managing Director helping to grow and structure their business.  She spent 7 years at Leo Burnett where she was Managing Director and Marketing Director, as well as working on client business including McDonald’s, COI and
