Women in Comms with Professor Helen Pankhurst CBE

The webinar with Professor Helen Pankhurst CBE (granddaughter of Sylvia and great-granddaughter of Emmeline) will explore the role of women in communications and highlight the importance of women sharing their experiences and influence within the sector from the suffrage movement to today - with regards to #metro, revival of feminism and other causes/campaigns from maternity to menopause. The conversation with the Master Sally Sykes and Court Assistant Aceil Haddad will be followed by a Q&A session. The money raised will go to the Centenary Action Group founded in 2018 to mark the centenary of some women getting the right to vote and to take action over the following 10 years to deliver a gender equal parliament by 2028.
