The Girdlers' Company founded in 1327 has a magnificent Hall which is literally a tranquil oasis in the midst of the high-rise buildings at the heart of the City close to Guildhall. It has been described as "a perfect little gem". It mixes elegance and grandeur with timeless tradition and has a palatial garden, which regularly wins prizes in the City of London garden competitions. This is a very rare treat for the Communicators as the Hall is not rented out for commercial purposes and not many in the City get the opportunity to sample its delights.
