The Company of Communicators sponsoring Alderman became the New Lord Mayor on Saturday.
Michael Mainelli became the 695th Lord Mayor, and the first American to hold the office, although he is also holds British, Irish & Italian citizenship.
He was educated at Harvard, Trinity College Dublin and the London School of Economics. He is also an Emeritus Professor of Commerce of Gresham College.
At the Lord Mayor’s Show, the Company was represented by the Master Sally Sykes and Junior Warden Jason Grove.
Our Clerk, Ian Wingfield, was also on parade as Beadle of Cripplegate Ward.
